1. Withdrawal period

At CoinMobile, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product if you are not satisfied.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be returned in its original condition, complete, intact and unmodified.

The product must include all accessories, cables, packaging and documents.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Return procedure

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at support@coinmobile.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days, via the original payment method.

4. Non-returnable items

Items showing excessive wear or misuse.

Items returned incomplete or damaged.

Returns after the 14-day period.

5. Exchange

If the product has a proven defect or an operating problem covered by the warranty, you can request an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
