CoinMobile Return Policy: Easy refunds and returns within 14 days

Right of withdrawal

At CoinMobile, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return a product if you are not satisfied.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition , complete and undamaged.
• Include all accessories , cables, packaging and documents.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@coinmobile.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

After receipt and inspection of the item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Non-returnable items

• Items showing excessive wear or misuse.
• Incomplete or damaged returned items.
• Returns made after the 14-day period .

Exchange

If the product has a proven defect or malfunction covered by the warranty, you can request an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
